Jerome begins his second season as the student assistant basketball coach for the Johnson C. Smith University men's basketball program. A four year stellar point guard for the Golden Bulls, Jerome led his team to two consecutive western division CIAA Championships in 2006 and 2007. He joined the illustrious Golden Bull 1,000 point club in 2007 and ended his career with 1,050 points while dishing out 508 assists. In fact, he was ranked 18th in the country his freshman year in assists, averaging 6.1 assists per game.

Jerome is pursuing a degree in business management and will complete requirements in December, 2008. He is a native of Versailles, Kentucky and will primarily work with the guards.
